Once we have a better understanding of the project requirements, we may ask you if you have your content is ready to go. We can also scan original documents and convert them to digital format.

Your project will define the requirements, and we'll put together a list for you of the pages you can expect to see online, in addition to animations, video and an examination of your database specifications.

REVIEW PROJECT TIMELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

We'll contact you the following day with an e-mail outlining your project requirements, timeline and price quote. You may decide to pay 50% down and the remaining 50% when you are satisfied with the project. We can work with you on different ways to finance your online investment.

After we have received your project materials and down payment, we order the necessary third-party products, if any. This ensures everything is ready if there is a delay with particular process. For instance, secure online certificates usually take two weeks to process. Or you may require the full version of Adobe Acrobat. REVIEW AND DIRECT ONLINE DEVELOPMENT

You'll be provided with a URL with password protected pages where you can review online development. If we are producing a multimedia CD, we can post daily screenshots of our work. Online applications and web design can be reviewed and changes made immediately.

For larger database websites, we provide a bug-tracking website that you can use to report problems or error messages. Testing is important to make sure everything works as expected.

REVIEW FINAL PRODUCT AND INSTRUCTIONS

Once your Blue Puff Network website is completed, and you are satisfied with your investment, we transfer control and copyright to you.
